NFL Youth Flag Football League

World of Floor Hockey

Now that spring programs are available for registration I would encourage you to sign up your 5-7 year old for our World of Floor Hockey program at the Middletown Recreation Center. In this 5 week program your little Gretzky, or Sid the Kid Crosby will learn the fundamentals of this world famous sport! FC Ultimate Sports & Games Camp

FC Ultimate Sports Camp is back for the summer of 2010. Participants are going to have fun at this camp in Frederick County! Using the games approach, campers develop their skills in basektball, flagfootball, kickball, soccer, and other fun games camp. Campers rotate activities in age and skill appropriate groups and the focus is on sports skills, having fun, staying fit, and building character. Middle School Co-Ed Volleyball League

Come have fun and join us for an 8-week spring volleyball league. Boys and girls entering grades 6-8th grade will learn basic volleyball skills, practice weekly, play regular seasons games and then compete in a league tournament. This exciting league will help prepare players for the fall middle school volleyball league. Adult Leagues for the Spring

If you are looking for something fun and exciting to do this Spring and summer, then look no further than the Parks and Recreation Division in Frederick County. Adults can enjoy CO-Ed flag football at Utica District Park beginning in April. Sand Volleyball leagues are also planned for both the Spring and the Summer sessions. Last, new this year a Frederick Area Social League where participants can participate in Volleyball, kickball, dodgeball and 3v3 basketball.
